1.Product Introduction

PVDF 2110 resin, when mixed with acrylic resins, additives, etc., can form high-performance baking-type PVDF fluorocarbon coatings. These coatings can be used on aluminum workpieces and aluminum curtain walls, such as panels, profiles, window frames, door frames, etc., with a service life of over twenty years. The substrate must undergo pretreatment before coating, typically using a two-coat one-bake or three-coat one-bake application process.

Suitable for surfaces of aluminum substrates such as building curtain walls, doors and windows, ceilings, roofs, and storefronts.

2.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

2.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

2.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum should include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging can be arranged upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

2.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

2.4 Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
